Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box, including the completed return form and your unique Return Authorization number.

  Shipping Your Return

  Send the package via a tracked courier service to our London store address; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
