Which shipping methods are available for UK and international orders?
We offer DPD Next Day delivery for all UK orders placed before 1pm. For international customers, we ship via DHL Express, with delivery times ranging from 2 to 5 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy for online purchases?
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as headwear and undergarments, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Are in-store exclusives available for purchase online?
While we strive to make our full collection available online, some limited-edition collaboration pieces and select Japanese imports are exclusive to our London brick-and-mortar location.
Do I have to pay import duties and taxes on international orders?
For orders outside of the UK, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the destination country. These fees are typically collected by the courier at the time of delivery.
How do I know which size to choose for Engineered Garments or Needles?
Sizing varies significantly across our brands. We provide detailed measurement charts on each product page. As many of our brands utilize Japanese sizing or oversized silhouettes, we recommend comparing our measurements to a similar garment you already own.
