Set in the 1960s, the film’s visual world—particularly the boy’s Boy Scout identity—creates a rich and whimsical narrative.

The Hooded Field Dress draws inspiration from military outerwear. Originally developed for durability, weather protection, and functional storage in demanding combat conditions, field jackets became known for their rugged construction, oversized utility pockets, and timeless silhouette. The dress carries these elements forward, featuring additional hem ties for adjustable shaping and a scout tie integrated into the hood.
